Cream Cheese Appetizer |

- (1) 8 oz. pkg cream cheese

Deviled Eggs |
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tb Relish This!

Directions
1. Place eggs in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil, and cook eggs in boiling water for approximately 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. In a small bowl, remove the cooked egg yolks and mix together with the mayonnaise and relish. Spoon
mixture back into egg whites, cool, sprinkle with paprika and serve. |

Potato Salad |
Ingredients
- 9 cups cubed unpeeled red potatoes (about 3 lbs.)
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. Relish This!
- 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise (regular or fat-free)
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
Place potato in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to boil.
Cook about 8 minutes or until tender.
Drain & mix with other ingredients.
Cover and chill. Yield 8 servings.
Serves4-6. |
1,000 Island Dressing |
Ingredients
- 4 Tb Relish This!
- 2 Tb mayonnaise
- 2 Tb ketchup

Use on sliced tomatoes or as a topping on steaks, chicken or seafood. |
Relish This! Veal or Pork Roast |
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. ginger ale
- 1/2 c. orange juice

Directions
Preheat oven to 325'. Season pork roast with garlic salt and pepper. Pour orange juice and ginger ale over roast in roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes per pound. 30 minutes before the roast is finished, cover with Relish This! and continue baking. Slice and Serve. |

Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked cubed meat or canned tuna
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. chopped macadamia nuts, walnuts, pecans, or almonds
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 Tb Relish This!
- 1/2 - 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions
In a large bowl, combine ingredients. Add mayonnaise to moisten. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Serves 4-6 |
Relish This! Lettuce Wraps |
Directions
Grill meats or Tofu with your favorite seasonings. Cook or steam white or brown rice. Put ingredients into lettuce half & add Relish This! 1,000 Island Dressing. Serve. |
Relish This! Crab Rolls |
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (12 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 oz fresh crab meat
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar or swiss cheese
- 2 minced green onions
- cayenne papper (as desired)
- 3-4 Tb "Relish This" (any flavor) to moisten and bind

Directions
Mix crab, cheese, onion and 'Relish This' in a bowl. Separate the dough into triangles. Spread the mix on each of the 8 pieces. Roll into crescents and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake as directed on package, about 16 - 19 minutes or until they are golden. |
Relish This! Seafood Made Easy! |
Directions
Take a piece of aluminum foil & spray with vegetable spray or season with olive oil. Place your seafood on the foil & smother with any flavor of Relish This! Grill or bake for approximately 10 minutes. |
Relished Cornbread |
Directions
Add 4Tb. of relish to your cornbread mix for a great flavor. |
Relished Rib-Eye Steak |
Directions
Marinate steaks in any type of Italian dressing, grill. Top with gorgonzola cheese & any of our relishes! |
Cajun Style Relished Chicken |

Marinate chicken overnight in 8 oz. of Italian dressing mixed with 1/4 cup of creole mustard & 1/2 cup of our Hot & Spicy Relish! Grill & serve. |

Ingredients
- 2 -16 oz. or 1 large (32oz.) can of refried beans
- 1 pound cheddar &/or monterey jack cheese or Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 - 1 jar Relish This! sweet & spicy

Relish This! Stuffed Jalapenos |
Ingredients
- 15 jalapenos
- 4-6 oz cream cheese
- 1 package bacon

Use about 15 jalapenos split down the middle - remove seeds & veins,
Mix 3-4 oz. Relish This! with approximately 4-6 oz. of cream cheese, any soft or cheddar cheese, stuff jalapenos with relish mixture - wrap jalapenos with 1 strip of bacon & place into 400' oven for 1 hour - serve
